Hi there!
I just stumbled across your blog, and you off to a great start here.
I am a big Fantasy sword fan, and try to keep my eye out for blogs and sites that cover our passion. I havent been able to find many yet, though. I am subscribing to your blog, but do you know of any others that cover Fantasy and movie swords especially?

btw, I also started a Flickr group for fantasy weapons: http://www.flickr.com/groups/fantasy-weapons/

Greets,
Jemimus

Wondered why the great interest in swords, but yes the axe is similar and a great 'fighting tool'. Came across this site while searching for something else. Down Under we mainly hear about the big fires in CA. I was born in a v. rural area - the farmers had to fight bush fires with anything at their disposal. Stay safe!
